I am on social security disability and just received a notice that a credit card company filed a complain because I owe them money. Should I call this credit card company and explain my income and try to pay them some, however social security disability pays me hardly anything and I have to extra money to do anything or should I just leave it and go to court and explain there,,

Don't see a reason to call and explain, since they don't care, and you being on SS will not stop them from getting a judgement at court, ( but you can explain that also)

It also will not stop them from feezing your bank account where you have to show that the only money in it is from SS.

Withdraw it right away.

You are, essentially judgment proof. So you can contact the creditor and explain to them you have no income or assets that they can attach. If they want to waste the money getting a judgment tell them to go ahead.
