3.I eat as much "greens as i can"
4.I try my best to not eat meat, when I'm outside of the house I don't eat any meat

Needs reviewing, as due to your age you need to have a more balanced diet.

It doesn't sound very healthy or balanced. What about fruits? What about dairy products? What about nuts and seeds? Not even poultry and fish?
Do you take any vitamin pills?

Maybe I should have explained it better
OK so my diet is
1.I drink milk like for breakfast, but after that I drink really nothing but water
2.I try not to ever eat meat,I do sometimes because of my parents, but when I'm away from them I don't eat any meat (I eat fish when I get a chance)
3.I try to eat as much "greens" as possible
4.I stay away from all candy and sugar
5.when I get a chance I eat fruits
6.I buy protein shakes when I can
So what do you think. By the way I'm 15 I'm doing exercises. MY goal is to lose the little bit of fat over my abs so that people can see them way more.

Please stop with the texting. I'm losing weight in my fingers because I'm editing your posts so members can read them.
It's a terrible diet.

Knock off protein shakes, get protein with real food.
No , fruits sometimes is not right, perhaps fruit with at least two meals a day.
Not just "greens" and what type of greens? Are you eating fresh veggies, carrots, peas, beans plus some salads but not all salad all the time.
No meat is OK if you get protein from other foods, beans, peanut butter and so on.
So you need to have a balanced meals,
A full breakfest eggs, pancakes perhaps, waffles and a larger breakfeast than a snack.
Your diet sounds harmful

OK, am kind of on the same diet at the moment. With me I eat once a day before 5pm. It's a must. I dance to zumba and most of it focuses on my waist and stomach area.
The food I eat is mostly peace or vegetable from Monday to Friday.
Then on the weekend I can give myself a treat. It should not be sweat things. Try and avoid fast food. Time for that will come later when the weight is gone.
In the morning you should have a fruit. Make sure you count the calories that's the most important thing.
Avoid cabs.
It will be difficult for the first week and you may not loose any weight. The result will start to show on the second week.
The diet am talking about can only apply to those who want to lose about a stone in a month. But after that you may want to change it a little bit because it may be unhealthy after awards.
Make sure you are awar of your body.
Key drink lots of water. It stops you from feeling hungry and dizzy.

Yes I only eat once a day. And its not big. I some times have tea in the morning. Blue top milk is better. Snack bars as snack are not good. I think you are better of eating fruits. And drinking lots of water. Juices have a lot of sugar. You can always indulge in that after you have lost the weight.
Determination is the key. If you want a good body you can get it. As long as it does not get to anarexia. Just be careful. Know what your limite is and what body you want. Laziness is not an option.

One meal a day is a serious health risk, and it needs to be a balanced meal, with fruits and veggies and protein in some forms. Just not eating or a diet that is harmful is really worst than over eating.

yes i only eat once a day. This is not healthy and can lead to, among other things... death! Get medical help at once before this spirals out of control.
