When I was 6 my mom left me and my four brothers so my dad got custody of us and my mom on child support well she never paid and my dad never took her back to court my dad remarried when I was 7 so I had a mother around well now I'm 27 and my father passed aways on Nov 26 2011 and my mom applys to get check and so does my step mother they denied my step mother and give my mom and now well she is not using the money right and it upsets me that my dad worked so hard for that money and my dad never asked her for anything and she use the money the wrong way I want to know if I can ask for the money she owed in the passed

If there was a standing child support order. And it was through the courts. Then any arrears can become part of the estate. From there you can ask the State to enforce collection so long as the debt is valid. (court ordered).
