For the past couple of years when I use the bathroom I've been bleeding from my bottom. Sometimes my insides feel like there being torn apart. I have reallly bad pains. And lately when I use the bathroom only blood comes out and sometimes it even feels like I have diahreah and its just blood coming out really fast? I've been to the doctor they said my intestines look fine I don't know wats going on

Go to the doctor. Bleeding for more than a couple of days is serious and should be investigated.

If the blood is fresh and bright red, it is possible the problem is piles which can be treated. If the blood is older and darker, the possible reasons are more worrying and should be checked as soon as possible.

I don't know when you were last at the doctor, but that amount of blood is serious. Try another doctor if necessary.
