My husband has had sex with me twice I know of whilst I'm sleeping after we've argued and I've called the marriage off. Is this legal?

Is it OK for him to have sex with me whilst I'm sleeping after us arguing and I've said the marriage is finished?

First if he had sex with you, it would wake you up, I can not see or even image a way he could have sex with you, and you not be awake.

He can try or begin but you would wake up and have him stop.

You can divorce him if you want for no reason at all. But with this, you did not give us any information about it what is going on

OK, based on what I have heard people talk about or read somewhere. If a person has sex with another without consent it would still be rape. Based on what you have just said I would consider that rape. But how can someone have sex with you and you cannot wake up?
You should try and find out if he druged you. This is a possible thing that can happen.
If I may ask, why would you sleep in the same bed with the man you or woman you have already told you want to devorce?
Lesson to learn ladies and gentlemen, let them have the sofa if not you take or walk out the door. That is the best way. If you cannot afford to walk out the make sure you have saved enough money or contacted your lawyers too.
Try and plan it.
He could easily kill you at night.
Inorder for you to want a devorce it means something is not right in the marriage.
Just be careful especially if the person is abusive.

Back to you if he slept with you without your consent that is rape. No comment.
It will be a lot harder to prove because your married.
Women have the right to say no to their husbans when they don't feel like engaging in sexual intercourse
