I have a 17" 5hp craftsman tiller counter rotating tines everything seems to work except it will not move forward or backward tines will turn just not he wheels?

I have aa craftsman tiller about 10 years old. I've never had a problem with it till this year.. started fine got it to the garden then transmission wouldnn't pull it... the tines rotate but tiller won't move. 7hp
