Hi,
My intenet explorer 9 will not open. All I get is a blank page with "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".

It then wants me to "Diagnose the poblem". When I try that it says my proxy settings may be wong but I do not use a proxy.

The page is completely blank othewise. No way of acsessing settings or tools etc.

Any ideas please?

What page are you trying to access ?

Go to 'internet options' in IE, then click the connections tab. In there click LAN settings. There, you should make sure you have no proxies defined. (blank)
