My husband was 3 months to be let off a 3 year drug charge,went in to see probation officer and tested dirty and arrested right there,he goes in front of judge tomorrow will he get jail time?

my husband was 3 months to be let off of a 3 year drug charge,went in to see probation officer and tested dirty and arrested right there,he goes in front of judge tommorow will he get jail time?He can get 3 years in Jail... easily if the Judge decides its so.
