I am 16 and a half stone and I am 5ft 8inch and I have been told by my doctor to lose weight but I have tried and I just seem to put it on and not lose it I need help

So how old are you and what have you tried ?
You doctor will (should of) made some suggestions or refereed you to a weight consoler.
