Both my husband and I have agreed on the terms of the divorce and signed the Divorce Papers. The final hearing is scheduled in 2 weeks.

My concern is that Georgia requires individuals with children who are divorcing to complete a 4 hour parenting class. My husband is in prison and is unable to attend the class nor is He unable to take the online class as he doesn't have access to a computer for 4 hours.

Will the judge not grant us a divorce because he is unable to take this class? Will I have to remain married to him until he gets out of jail in 3 years?

They won't demand it as this situation mandates that you have full custody. Since he couldn't meet the requirement it can be waived.
