On Jan 27, 2012 a person whom I will call Jane Smith said this, "most auto insurance co authorize and most times insist on recycled parts on vehicles over 2 years old, if recycled parts are available, the comments written against americars about unsafe repairs due to use of recycled parts has no foundation except to sling mud at this company, Jman is incorrect and was told to stay away due to his behavior and conduct with minors and is upset with us, instead, should seek help and advise about his mental problems, thanks for reading and have a nice day, americars is a great place to visit and have your vehicles repaired through your ins co estimates..." and now I was fired from my job and I am going to be homeless because of Jane's actions. I also have a friend that USED to be friends with Jane and her husband until they threatened to put him in prison for the same thing, Jane and her husband said that we touched their kids in a adult like way. Can I take them to court and sue them?

You can TRY and sue almost anyone... but winning is something else. Then you open yourself up to counter suits. You actually made derogatory statements of their mental health... in writing that can prove.
And what a friend of a friend said is what they call hear-say... and isn't admissible most times.
The smart thing is suck it up and move on with your life... or do you have thousands of dollars to spend in legal fees on a case you aren't likely to win.
If you are going ot be homeless... then you clearly don't have anywhere near what it will cost. This isn't free. And besides this is likely to take years. If YOU make the claims and YOU file a suit YOU are going to be required to back them up with proof of them.
