My son was never ordered to pay child support but has always helped his dauighter and the woman that gave birth to my granddaughter. He has severe adhd and will not take his meds. There has never been a court order he just pays when he can. My husband and I buy her clothes shoes pay for birthday parties, christmas toys and doctor visits and medicines even though she does not live with us. The mother now wants to try to get my son for abandandment. My sons calls and tries to see his daughter and she will not let him talk to her or see him unless I am present. My son has never made over 6k any year of his life and he is 34 years old but has the mind of a sixteen year old.
