My son-in-law is starting a new blood pressure medication and what he has read on line says he needs a potassium and sodium free diet, what foods can he eat?

I'd HIGHLY recommend he speak with the doctor that prescribed these medications... you can believe only half of what you read online... and even that half is suspect. Certain blood pressure medications want you to eat more potassium rich items when you take them.
