Dear sir..
I went to usa with my family as immigrant on last September.. now I am back to bangladesh in last December. We didn't get our green card yet.. because there are some problems.. the green card office says that some information are missing. We have to make an appointment and have to go to the immigrant office.. now my dad is the main applicant.. but now my dad doesn't want to go back to usa... so I am going back to usa alone.. now do my dad need to go to the immigrant office for get green card?
Please answer me.. I am really worried..
