I took my ex to court to establish visitation for (my son) ,when we took the paternity test that the court ordered .Turned out the kid was not mine. She tested other guys and they were not the father either, now her family and her are harassing me saying they are going to make me take another dna test. Can they make me take one if I already took one for the courts and it stated I am not the father?

So your saying if she gets a good lawyer they could make me retest? We both had lawyers in our last case..

Its not likely they would make you retest unless the first test was contaminated in some way turning out inconclusive. If you went to the testing center and the rules were followed then there really is no legal reason to drag you through it again.

If their attorney can show evidence that the test could be wrong, either because it was contaminated or because of some fraud.
But if there is nothing that can be proved wrong with the test no.
But with that said, so what if they did, if you were not the first time you would rnot be the second time either
