HI, I'm trying to remember the title to this 8o's anime detective movie, relatively a low key film. The hero gets drawn into the plot because he has to deliver an envelope to someone. Which puts him right were the main villains are trying to grab a woman. He helps her get away and is assisted by an older man (kinda resembles Burt Reynolds) There is a cool fight with a martial arts assassin in the heroes apt, the guy ends up being shot back and out the balcony to the street. There's a member of the villains that is blonde and is nearly obsessed with killing them all. The main showdown take place at a dock and involves the hero hanging from a helicopter while the older vet uses a (I believe) .454 magnum to shot the 'copter's engine block. Any help would be great as the vhs I own of it is 200 miles away in storage.
