Have you tried dipping your finger in the milk and letting them suck it off your finger to start.
Have you tried a eye dropper with milk , putting it in their mouth

If their eyes are open and still have no teeth, then they are between about 1 and 3 weeks old
Have you seen the mother? Or do you know that she abandoned them and wasn't simply moving her litter for safety?
Are they nice and plump, active, or thin and inactive?
They will need to eat often and be kept warm, a box or carrier with a towel covered heating pad will do nicely, Not hot, just toasty. At this age they can not regulate their body temperature yet.
If you have, nurser bottles make sure the hole is large enough for them to suckle through.
Check the directions on the packages, some brands may not have the hole pre-made.
Syringes and medicine droppers can be helpful if the bottle is not working, but remember not to feed them too fast, if they aspirate (suck the milk back into their lungs) it can be deadly.

Here is a guide for feeding.

There may be more kittens, if mom was moving them, since kittens this young don't wander off. If you find more kittens I would not bother them until you are certain mom is not coming back, only watch, don't hang around them or she will likely stay away.

Thanks so much the idea with the droper worked perfectly they are now drinking from the bottle... and I just found them all together in my backyard and the mother didn't show for 2 days so she must have abandond. Them right?

I'm glad you were able to get them to eat.
If mom wasn't around for 2 days, then yes, possibly abandoned, or mom was injured, or worse.
If mom is feral, she will likely become pregnant again very soon, so I would keep an eye out for her so that you can call your local authorities.
Have you seen feral cats in your neighborhood?

Good luck with your kittens and keep us posted on how they are doing.
