These switches are operated by air. Check to be sure the tube's connected. Good luck. NTom

Most are Tom but not all brands. Whatever it is it can be replaced.

I don't know about other brands but the OP named Jacuzzi and every one I've ever installed had a off/on switch that was activated by a air control. This is for safety sake. Regards, Tom
