Pregnancy related, early pregnancy
Last period was march 26,2012. Took regular pregnancy test, not an early detection one, that was positive on April 20. Starting feeling dizzy on April 17 and in general not feeling good and nausea. I do have a tendency to get early pregnancy symptoms early. I don't usually go to the dr until 10 weeks. I am 36 though and have been told by friends that I should get my HCG checked cause it could mean problems or twins.

Since you had a positive result on a home test, it would be a good idea to get started on your prenatal care. Set an appointment with your midwife or doctor. They will likely have blood work done to confirm the pregnancy.

Some women do have symptoms before they have a missed period. It does not necessarily mean there is a concern. It is very individual as to when symptoms will start and what symptoms will be experienced.
