You had a full hysterectomy, MLQ, your entire reproductive system was removed. Which means you cannot get pregnant ever.

I understand I cannot carry a child; but does that mean my seeds are dead? I was wondering if they are not dead then we could go to a doctor have my husband and my seeds placed together and then have someone carry the child for us.

You don't have any ovaries to produce eggs, therefore there will NEVER be any. It isn't like you had a lifetime of eggs stored up somewhere inside you, MLQ. There aren't any eggs. Your method of producing eggs was removed along with everything else.

If you had a total and complete hysterectomy, Tickle is correct. You no longer have the ovaries that carry the "seeds" (actually they are eggs). It is impossible for you to have a child of your genetic makeup.
