I had someone come up to me and introduce herself. I had met her previously, but apparently she didn't remember. I told her that I had met her before and where I had worked when I had met her. I did not mention the name of the hospital, just the designated location. I did not say I knew her as a patient and I did not say anything about her medical condition as I really don't know what her condition is/was.

Is this a HIPAA violation by just saying that I had met her before and where?
