Hello,
My name is Mark I've currently was given a 1999 yard machine 42" cut 18.5 B&S lawn tractor. Last year the tractor ran great. Now this year it will not turn over at all. I assumed it was the battery and I charged it and it still wasn't turning over so I ran a direct 12v to the starter and it engaged but it was barely moving the flywheel. I really don't know what to do or where to go from here... Please Help...

First check the oil to make sure gas has not run into the crankcase over the winter. Try pulling the plugs to see if something blows out of the cylinders when cranked over(careful about getting a spark if gas sprays out!)
