Does anyone know the translation to english of the arabic text in the attached image?

It says:
"Listen: Keep going straight, pass by the first and the second demonstrations but when you reach the third demonstration turn left, you'll find a sit-in next to a turnaround! Turn around it and keep going straight until you reach the second tent of protesters!! Turn right, and ask any activist in the first protest you see for directions, he'll tell you where to go!"

Basically it's some guy giving a direction to some other guy by referring to protests and sit-ins instead of streets, shops or buildings .
