Use v_1^2 - v_2^2 = 2ad. Here v_1 = initial velocity = 100 Km/Hr, (which you should convert to m/s) and v_2 = final velocity = 0. You can find a (acceleration) from F=ma. You know that F=-11,000N and m=1500 Kg, so a = -11000/1500 m/s^2 (note the minus sign, as the car is decelerating). Now you have everything to calculate d.
