I recieced six checks from six different people but from the same company and they all bounced. Who do I sue?

So you were caught in one of the famous internet scams it appears.

May I guess, you cashed them and then sent this company by western union most of the money and keep 10 to 20 percent

Now your bank is demanding that you pay all the money back, and most likely if you don't they will press criminal charges against you. *** this is the common way it happens.

You may try to sue not company, but you will find that there is no such company. Most likely find that the western union money was gotten from out of the country some where that you can't touch them. After that you will find that the checks are most likely either stolen or fraud checks.

So in real life, you can try to sue, but will find there is no one that you can really sue, ( please try if you want) and you will find that you are just out the money.

There are no real deals like this, people do not get paid 10 percent or more to receive checks,
