Hello. I am 25 years old and have 3 kids ages 6. 4, and 3. I am sexually active with one partner who I have been with for 3 years and we don't have any kids together. But I got my period April 6 and it ended April 10. I didn't cramp but had a migraine and was feeling lightheaded. I'm not on birth control. APril 11 I started spotting and I thought it was normal since I just ended my period. I spotted for 8 days. It finally stopped last night but it was light pink and I only seen it when I wiped. What could be the cause of this? A few days ago I was lightly cramping in the gut area.

You could just be finishing off, might want to go to the GP's as it's hard to say without seeing.

A GP is not the person to see - an Ob/gyn would be the specialist. I realize you're 12 and this is beyond your knowledge, but please, verify what you post and make certain it's correct.
