Likely not as the color of your period can range from very dark, almost black looking to a brighter reddish orange. This is because your period is not just blood but also tissue and mucus, and some cycles you may produce more or less of it which can alter the color.

It is not usually associated with being pregnant, but since some women can have some bleeding in early pregnancy, it can't necessarily be ruled out. If you think that there is a chance of pregnancy, try a pregnancy test after several more days.
