My husband was arrested on violation of probation with only one month left on probation, he left the state of tn which violated him, he is jail right now and TN wants to expedite him back, what is his chance not getting expedited back or what will happen?

No chance what so ever, he can hire an attorney to fight it, but it would only slow things down.
He was not suppose to leave state without permission ( I assume) and he will go back to appear in court. I don't understand why he does not understand, he breaks the rules, he gets punished. It is very possible that he will be held in jail pending a hearing for 3 to 7 weeks, and at the hearing given more probation,
He may instead get prison time from the first offence.
