We have been separated for 6 years and are both happy with other people but need a divorce and don't want to pay a lot of money. There is nothing to divide up and argue over we both just want a divorce

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.
Most areas have no fault divorces. If both are agreeable, they are simple and inexpensive.

A divorce by agreement is not the same thing as a no-fault divorce. It used to be that in order to get a divorce one or the other spouse would have to plead one of several things, such as adultery, abandonment, disease, insanity, etc. This has largely been supplanted by being able to simply claim irreconciliable differences. ("no-fault divorce") In other words, if one or the other wants a divorce, that is enough; he/she can have it.
Both spouses agreeing to the terms of a divorce is, as I say, something else entirely.
To k.tallett27; I can't find such forms online for Leicestershire, but they may be there.
