Dear Sir/Mam,
I have a friend who have been convicted of a federal crime. Although he was not incarcerated he had to pay restitution and probation for three years. His problem now is that hea wanted to go back to college o take some course in the medical field. He is aware that a federal and a state crime is different. He is looking for advise the next step to do. His crime also pertains to medicare. He is looking for advise since he could not make up his mind that if he proceeds to take the course it would just be a waste since he thinks he coud not find a job because of his records . This is in the state of Texas and he is in his late 40Please respond ASAP thanks...
