It is more likely that what she is experiencing are common discomforts at the end of pregnancy. The discharge could be a bit of the mucus plug, back pain is very common (and annoying!), and having to urinate frequently also comes along especially if baby has settled further down in the pelvis.

If, however, the back pain starts to show a pattern, as in coming and going on a regular basis, it would be wise to keep track of the frequency. If she starts to get a few each hour, have her get plenty to drink and change her activity. If they continue, she should contact her midwife or doctor.
