I recently purchased a Park Model trailer that is prewired with a 100 amp breaker panel. Trouble is the park I am locating it in can only supply a max of 50 amp per site. Can I use the 100 amp panel still. Would I need to change the main breaker to a 50 amp. The reason the trailer is wired with 100 amp is because of the electric range. However we are removing it and putting in a gas range. That will eliminate a 40 amp draw. The rest of the breakers would not exceed the total of 50 amps even if everything were on at same time.

The trailer park will most likely have a 50 amp breaker supplying your panel. That is the overload protection. You can change the breaker or leave it alone... the park's service will control the overload. You don't need to make any changes.
