If you are doing all you can,
1-warmth, a towel covered heating pad (toasty, but not too hot)
2-kitten replacer, every 3-4 hours, depending.
3-stimulating her to pee and poo (a warm cloth rubbing the anus and genitals until she goes.

Unfortunately, some just won't make it.
And if she doesn't there is nothing for you to beat yourself up about, you have tried.
If you can find a vet this morning and she is still surviving I would get her in to have her checked.
She may be hypoglycemic, (low blood sugar) You can put a small amount of syrup on the gums. Karo syrup or even regular pancake syrup will do if that is what you have.
Keep in mind that this will only produce temporary results, if the kitten is unable to maintain a good level of glucose then she will start to wane and get weak all over again.
Report back please and let us know how she is doing.

[B]First of all calm down look at the kitten see what is hapeening my cat just went through this stage. Make sure nobody fluids are coming out if there are keep the kitten warm slightly push down it's stomach to make sure air can get through. If it screams with pain just move your hand or it WILL bite you. Keep it in covers and feed it bread soaked in water and it should be just fine!:)
