My small dog is acting sick,her tummy seems swollen and she yelps when you touch it or pick her up. I don't know what's wrong with her or how to help her.

My small dog is acting sick. Her tummy seems swollen and she yelps when you touch it or try to pick her up. I don't know what's wrong with her or how to help her. She's about 10 years old. We were gone over the weekend and when we got home she was acting like this.

If she hasn't had a parvo shot it could be parvo. Or maybe her stomach twisted? Ever see marley and me? That happened to my friends dog once

You need to take your dog to the vet.

My dog was fine this afternoon then all the sudden he acted disoriented, shaking, panting, and he acts like he can't sit down, not crying in pain but just puts head down stands there like saying please let me lay down.
