Got the belt on,but cannot get it around the last pulley,lower deck pulleys hasn't got any tension springs for me to loosen up!

Cannot tell you since I do not know the "real" model, as in number. You can check ou the OPE by Crigby link in my sig and MTD. Give a number and I can do better.
