I live in Indiana. My husband is about to go to court in about two weeks in regards to obtaining sole custody of his biological son. The mother hid the child for the first 5 years of his life, she has an open CHINS case with Child Protective Services for physical abuse, neglect on all of her children, she has been caught making 2 false reports to CPS, (even instructing the child to state my husband sexually molested him,) and she now refuses to return phone calls, letters, or show up to parenting time exchanges. CPS found her home in unsanitary living conditions, and my husband needs help to prove this mother should not be around children. He has all the CPS reports, photographs of neglect, and tape recordings of her denying parenting time and withholding the child's medical and school information. We cannot afford counsel. Please help. Thank you.
