My period should have came around the 20th of last month (march) but it still hasn't came and now its April 10th. I heard that if you are involved with a lot of physical stuff it could cause your period to be late, and I play softball most everyday. I was wondering if that could cause it to be late? I haven't really been stressing about anything except for this. Is there any pregnancy symptoms I should be experiencing yet, like morning sickness? I would really appreiciate some help! :)

Missing a period is a pregnancy sign. Often there is no other, some women get morning sickness others don't, often this early there is no other sign.
Have you taken a pregnancy test yet, that would be your first thing, do it with the first urine of the morning.

Increased physical activity can cause a late or missed period. However, if this is something your body is used to and is nothing new to you, then most likely this is not the cause.
Weight gain or loss can also cause a late or missed period.
Many women never have symptoms of pregnancy other than a missed period. It would be wise to take a HPT using first morning urine to determine pregnancy at this point.
