It takes most healthy couples up to a year of trying to conceive, before they actually do. After a year, it is suggested to talk to you doctor about your options. It sounds like you are doing everything correct, being healthy and financially stable. If you aren't taking prenatals already, I would suggest that you start. (even though you aren't preggy yet, it is always wise to be prepared. Taking them before you get preggy will help baby have a healthy start when you do get preggy) You might also want to get a check up with your ob/gyn, just to make sure everything is healthy and in good shape to get preggy. You can buy ovulation predictor kits at the store, and/or start charting your basal body temperature (Ovulation Calendar and Ovulation Chart - FertilityFriend.com (http://www.fertilityfriend.com)) to help you know when you are ovulating. Final bit of advice: relax. If you are stressing over it, it can actually deter your efforts in trying to conceive. Good luck and best of wishes!
