I need to modify existing court order. Father is in noncompliance. They granted custody of our son to the father in which father has not complied period. He has no phone, son has missed 3 months of school. Son is drinking every day. The man is on welfare, housing, medicaid and I am paying child support. I would also like this modification to add that the father should also pay me child support since I have our daughter. I need to know how to fill out the forms FL301 and FL310? Also are these the only forms that I need? Or are there more forms?
