Is there?

I heard that taking vitamins and sleeping well makes it grow faster.

I mean mine grew like 2 cms in about 4 weeks.
Is that a lot?

I just want my own hair color to come back because I dyed mine.

And before that I had about 15 cms of regrowth from another hair dye but that took me about 9-10 months.

I had this answer sent to me.. I haven't tried it because it's a bit bizarre but you can if you like.. Doesn't hurt to try new things I guess..
Did you know that many celebrities and models actually put...

Mayonaisse in their hair!

It's true, the natural oils found in mayo actually strengthen your hair and
Maximize growth.

So if you've been frustrated because your hair won't seem to grow... or you just
Want to make your hair grow faster, then try this:

Once a week, take a big gop of mayo and work it in to your hair. Make sure you coat
Your hair evenly. Let it sit for 30-45 minutes, then rinse it out and wash and condition
Your hair with the shampoo and conditioners I recommend on my site.

Try it once and you'll thank me.

I think the reason mayo strengthens the hair is due to the egg that's in it. My mum whisks eggs and a bit of olive oil then apply to scalp and hair. She has really long hair.

One girl at work had gorgeous butt long hair during her pregnancy. She swears it was cause of the prenatal vitamins.

Prenatal vitamins doesn't make your hair grow faster. Prenatal vitamins are designed to meet your increased nutritional needs before, during, and after pregnancy. But some vitamins contain antioxidant blends and vitamin B derivatives that help increase hair strength.

I also knew some girls, who have grown their hair after taking pre-natal pills, but I myself hesitate to swallow these tablets, as I fear of the negative effects they may have, as after all, they are allopatheic and chemical are sure to act as two-edged weapons. I may be wrong, but I presume.

Many girls go for regular TRIMS, if they do not get proper cuts, what we call HAIRCUT, as you can see in the snap here (mine), which is proper cut, not just trim, I suppose. I mean they trim to get their hair healthy. Does it really work or is it just a myth?
