I have spirits in my house I don't see them but I can feel them and there engery. I can't sleep at night because they are always on my bed moving it and shaking it to get my attention. I try go ask them what they want but can't understand or hear them how can. I need help fast. DOTTIE

Dude I'm going threw that go to the store and buy a recording machine and video camera and when you get it start using and show them your not afraid of them and yeah some ghost might be good and some might be bad

Thanks I'm not afraid of them I'm pretty sure they are family but I'm going to get a recorder.I will keep you posted.

But in that movie they conclude that if we act as if we knew that a ghost is in our house they will act more violently... jus be careful

I'd say ask a minister, is it cold in parts of you house? If they are trying to get your attention then they aren't happy.Did you do any sort of board game involving ghosts?
