I miss my dad and he lives in a totally different state and I want to live with him because I want a fresh start and a change of secenery... please help and I don't wan to hurt my mom that badly

No easy way, how long have they been divorced? Next sorry but it is not really your choice.
Your dad will have to file in court for a change in custody. Your mom would then be paying child support and only gets visits.

Does your dad keep in contact? Call often, does computer video?

Have you talked with your dad? Is he willing to go back to court to fight for custody?

It will not be your choice. Only a court can change custody.

I don't think they went to court... and 8 years they've been divorced

If they are legally divorced they went to court.
