Were friends and I have liked him for a while. I told him I liked him and he told me he liked another girl. Then 3weeks ago he told me he didn't like her anymore. I got even stronger feelings for him.

We talk a lot but only in certain classes. It seems like were friends, (I wish we were closer) but I want more than that.

In one class, he always is turned toward me and talks to me a lot. In another class, he stands up and says ___ (my name) is beautiful and gorgeous.

I was mad at him one day and he had his head in his hands, rubbing his hands on his face and hair, was getting tense, and kept moving around. The guy next to him looked at him then at me. (Because we usually talk nonstop) The teacher even asked ___(his name) what's wrong? He mumbled something but I couldn't hear.

Even if he does like me, what can I do to get him to ask me out?

I texted him asking him how he really felt about me but he didn't respond because he's on vacation.

You should ask a friend to be like" hey do you like carkeys cause it looks like you like her" for it won't look like your interested I did that and I'm in a really awesome realationship

There is no difference (in my opinion between dropping hints) and just talking to a person. Dropping hints is kind of sneaky. Just say what you think then it is understood.
Just begin to talk to him. He will become aware and so will you.

Why don't you ask him out first even for ice cream and then see if he'll ask you back on a real date?
