I am asking someone to let me know what to expect at my divorce trial and how should I prepare?

If both side agrees to all terms, there really is not anything,

It is more like a hearing, than a "trial" but both sides present evidence, earning statements, bills, reciepts trying to prove they should get this or that.

The ex will lie about how everything happened.
And the judge will often ask you to try mediation and work it out.
