I had a shop lifting case 5 years ago which was dismissed with no penalty. I am a pharmacy student who want to get my intern pharmacy. Is this effect to my intern pharmacy?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.
This is dependent on your state's licensing requirements. If the case was dismissed then no conviction should show on your record. However, the licensing board may require no arrests, though unlikely.
You should talk to your counselor at school. You should be upfront with them and tell them what happened. They can best advise you on how this will affect your career.

Which State, what Country? I can only address the Pharmacy Board in NY which is very strict. You'll be asked if you were arrested. The answer is yes. After that you explain and see if the Board is willing to license you.
I would find out what the answer is wherever you are BEFORE you spend more time and money on your education.
