In Toshiba system, using Toshiba ACD and MIS monitoring software what does GENU, RGON, INC, and MISS status abbreviations mean? These are showing while agent is in this status. I have the other codes figured out but not these. Thank you.

I found the answers: GENU is Generic Unavailable, agent did not put in a reason for status; RGON is ringing on station.
