The 1000 dollars for your medical bills and your two days earnings. They may offer a slight bit for the minor pain and suffering for a chipped tooth.
Of course the one issue will be proving it came from the sandwich and that was what caused the chip. Also was the tooth bad to start with will dental records show any prior issues in that tooth and so on. This is not a money making type of injury, It may pay a few hundred in pain and suffer or they may not offer anything expect actual damages

The 1000 dollars is for the dentist bill for a temporary crown A premanent crown will be administereed in a week I also missed two days of work as I am an independent contractor The material was shown to not only the mananger of the convenience store but likewise the dentist and was then sent off to the distributor of the rib patty But my tooth is stinkin killing me and this unfortunate situation has definitely inconveniemced me

I'm a liability investigator in NY. It was a mistake - and it's too late now - to allow the "material" to leave your possession. Your proof is now out of your hands. How did it get turned over? You gave it to the store, you sent it to the distributor (The distributor of the rib patty has little to do with your injury. The liable parties are the manufacturer and the seller), the distributor sent someone to pick it up?
It is entirely possible that either one will pay your bills and lost wages upon your demand for reimbursement. It is also entirely possible that neither one will. There are a lot of factors involved - I've seen claims (and biting into foreign objects in food is not that unusual, believe it or not) partially paid because a person had dental problems prior to the incident with the same tooth, because the person's dental hygiene is basically poor so this one problem tooth isn't "worth" that much, because other people go to work before and after the dental procedure. If it's a front tooth and your appearance is important, yes, it's worth more than a back tooth.
A lot of what happens next depends on how your Dentist phrases his report concerning your injury.
Do you have a copy of the incident/accident report which the store filed? Is this a chain or an independent?
You cannot be reimbursed for inconvenience. You CAN be reimbursed for pain and suffering, out of pocket costs, lost wages.
