Hi!
I will appreciate if someone help me to find the title of this movie.
I was young when I watched it and I can barely remember some moments.

The movie is about one man, perhaps a vampire, who seduces women and kills them. The remarkable part is that when he kills his victims, he takes their abilities (for example to draw, to write a poetry.. ) and after that uses this abilities to attract new women.

The only clear memory of the movie which I have is one part where:

He was writing with his one hand, with the other he was drawing a portrait, and at the same time recitating a poetry to one girl. As I remember, he didn't kill her because he fell in love..
That's all I can remember.
