I have filed a 30-day eviction with the court. If she does not pay rent on time, can I ALSO file a 5-day eviction for non-payment? Does one eviction notice cancel or take precedence over the other? I want her out ASAP. I no longer feel safe with her in my home.

Probaby. When you file in court for eviction, you would describe what notice you gave her. The first notice will probably not be considered any kind of consent to remain 30 days, in my opinion.
