My daughter is 30 and is and has been out of control she has been in and out of our house for the past 5 yeas it is time to say good bye for good.. She is mean, ruthless and disrepectfull to everyone.. I made a big mistake by letting her come back.. my wife is afraid of her and goes along to get along... I want her out asap and I don't care were she goes, she uses men to get sex and money. She won't go to church and makes everybody sick and unhappy, she won't leave on her own and says I can't throw her out and evens dares me to call the cops... My question is will the police come to my house and escort her out.

No, the police can not throw her out. You will have to evict her. You will have to give written notice that she is to move out, if she does not move out then, you go to housing court and have her evicted. The court will send someone to watch as you have someone set her belongings out and escort her out if she does not leave then.

After that, you just don't let her backin.
